Since establishing LIFE-U DESIGN she has focused on the residential sector from refurbishment projects, to house extensions, large residential developments, new build houses and mixed use projects. Previously, Carlé designed high-spec interiors, Listed buildings, motor show-rooms and libraries.

Tim is passionate about good design and through his years of experience in a variety of fields has utilised this to enable his residential work to be both quality in design and execution.

Elizabeth heads up the residential side of the practice. She has developed particular experience working in sensitive locations such as Conservation Areas and Areas of Outstanding Natural Beauty (AONB), whilst adopting a contemporary approach to any new-build elements.

Lisa is an expert in residential design, specialising in small scale projects like single storey and two storey extensions. Bring pictures of your house together with any drawings you may have-estate agents plans or title plan.

Stefanie is a Chartered Architect and has worked across the UK on a range of urban design, heritage, residential and educational schemes. Stefanie is a judge for the RICS Pro-Yorkshire and Construction Excellence Awards. Stefanie was awarded an MBE for Services to Construction and Architecture in 2019’s New Year’s Honours.

Stephan's portfolio includes private residential homes (extensions, lofts and basement conversions), space efficient flat conversions to high-rise apartment complexes, offices and work spaces, retail shops, restaurants, cafés, community centres, art galleries and theatres.

Julie worked as an Architectural Assistant at the office of Zaha Hadid. Julie advises the client on the initial conceptual idea to the final details of the spatial proposal, encompassing lighting and furniture design and the specification of material finishes.

Young, enthusiastic & personable Lydia feels able to rise to any challenge and enjoys getting her teeth into tricky architectural issues.
